Parker, who at just 25 years old, completed his Level One Coaching Badge in the off season is currently in the process of completing his Level Two/UEFA C Coaching Badge.
The young manager set the tone very early on for his side with some experienced additions from his previous club whilst he set about attempting to embed some of the youngsters with the ranks at Pershore Town.
The Plums started the season in impressive fashion during September; four wins from five games before a defeat against Meadow Park.
Whilst October started with a draw in the league against Cheltenham Saracens Development and a defeat to Shortwood United Reserves, Parker remains upbeat having seen his side progress in two cup competitions with an empathic 13 - 0 win over Upton Crusaders.
"It's been a good month for us, our league form dipped but having said that out performances have improved and we've played some really good football." said Parker.
"Unfortunately we've been poor in front of goal in those two league games but we've been working on possession and finishing in the last few weeks, we'll start to really see that pay off.
"We’ve tweaked our shape in recent weeks and the lads have really bought into it, which is great for us as we are able to play well in different formations.
"Look, it's not every day that you win 13 - 0 so we certainly enjoyed Saturday, it was also encouraging to see both strikers scoring hat-tricks.
"The whole team performance was to a high level and so we take a lot of confidence from that win.
"People that know me well, they'll know that I have a huge desire to win games of football. Despite the fact this is Development Team football, I've looked to instil a winning mentality within the squad.
"I understand the clubs objectives for me and the team and it's all based around the Development of young players and giving young players a platform to showcase their talent in senior football.
"So that's the priority, but underpinned by that drive and will to win which not only myself and the management team have drilled in but also, the players that came with us from our previous team, who all have a few more grey hairs than the majority of the other players.
"We're trying to develop their talent and all round game but also, their mentality which can often be the difference in high level football.
"From a development perspective, we were thrilled to see young Josh Simmonds be called up to first team training.
"At only 17, Josh has been a stand-out performer this season. His attitude is first class and he has improved so much throughout the time we've been here.
"I know for a fact that others in the squad are looking to follow Josh's footsteps and there's no reason why they can't, as there is some top talent within the club.
"We've got a very competitive squad and selection is really difficult. We demand high standards and the basics to be done right and based on recent performances, we expect to see us continue in our game play both attacking and defending.
"We start November with arguably the toughest league fixture to date, away to Tuffley Rovers Development who have started the season really well. We're really looking forward to this one and look forward to testing ourselves against a good side who I'm told, are well coached.
"We have a few injury concerns but hopefully they aren't too serious. November will also see us face Shipston Excelsior back to back in the league and then we'll come up against a Kidderminster Harriers U23 side in the County Cup away from home, a game that we can't wait to be involved in.
"I'm looking for a big performance this Saturday vs Tuffley and I'll be challenging the whole squad to raise their game another level. We want to compete at the top of the table and to win trophies, these are the games that we want to be winning.
"On a personal note, I'm very grateful to the club who have invested in me by putting me through my FA Coaching Badges. I completed Level One earlier this year and I'm hopefully only a month or so away from completing My UEFA C badge.
"The commitment & belief the club have shown in me and my management team has been brilliant. It's great to have such a good relationship with them and to know they value me and what we're doing with the Development Team.
"Managing and Coaching is a huge passion of mine and I want to go as far as I can within the game, so to have a club who are investing in me and give me full autonomy to run the Development Team, is fantastic.
I'm still only 25 and continuing to learn on the job and for me, there's no better club to be doing this at."
