Umit, who had previously played for Pershore Town in 2019, has returned to the club having scored ten in twelve games for Alcester Town last season.
Following his release from Aston Villa Academy, Umit moved to Turkey to play full time footballer before returning to England to play for Hednesford Town, Redditch United and Halesowen Town.
Whilst two further spells followed in Turkey, Umit settled into Non-League football playing for a number of local clubs. A key member of Matt Seeley's side at Alcester Town last season, unfortunately Umit's season was cut short in November.
"I have played against Umit many times and I've always admired the way he plays the game." said Janes.
"He is a player I always identified as someone I would like to work with, he trained with us towards the end of last season and from there expressed and interest.
"We moved very quickly to ensure we secured him at the club, there was a lot of interest in him.
"Umit makes the game look effortless at times, his ability to disguise what he is going to to on the ball can take two or three players out of the game.
"We had to add creativity to our play and he is a player who can unlock a team at any moment, he can create chances and will score plenty for us. One of, if not the, best technical players I have worked with.
"Tom and Myself met with Umit before the season and reiterated that we need a motivated and hungry Umit Eminoglu, if we have that, then we have one of the best players in the league."
Eminoglu was impressed with the season The Plums had last season and is looking forward to helping create more success for the Football Club.
"It was impressive to see the success the team has last season, I wanted to be involved with that and hopefully experience and play my part in having more good times at the club." said Umit.
"Coaching wise; I don't think any other management team go into the small details and the tactics that the team do here.
"On a personal level, I'm just looking to really enjoy playing my football again and play a role in helping the team secure success."
