PTFC is seeking a friendly, reliable, organised, and customer-focused Bar Steward to supporti and oversee the day-to-day operation of our bar and function facilities.

The successful candidate will play an important role in delivering a welcoming and professional experience to members, guests, and visitors. The role will include responsibility for bar operations, staff coordination and rotas, function room bookings, stock and cash control, customer service, and ensuring that all relevant licensing, health and safety requirements are followed.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced hospitality professional who enjoys working with people, takes pride in delivering high standards of service, and is confident taking responsibility for the smooth running of a busy venue.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for an experienced and dependable individual who can take ownership of the day-to-day running of the bar while maintaining the friendly and welcoming environment that PTFC provides to its members and guests.

The successful candidate will be organised, approachable, and confident in managing staff, rotas, customer enquiries, function bookings, stock, and general bar operations. You will be expected to work closely with the Officers of the club & the Committee and demonstrate sound judgement when dealing with operational matters.

The role requires someone who can balance excellent customer service with strong organisation, leadership, and commercial awareness.
