Lewis is actively involved as a coach at West Bromwich Albion Pre-Academy and Kidderminster Harriers U23’s and is someone the club feels will further advance the development of the current development squad.

Osman-Moore had this to say on his appointment.

“ Firstly I just want to say thanks to Rob and the rest of the committee for giving me this opportunity. Having worked over recent seasons as an assistant coach to both U18s and U23s age groups I think this is the perfect chance for me to take that next step on my journey, and I believe this is a great place to do that.

I've heard fantastic things about Pershore Town as a football club and even better things about the development team in particular. They have had a great start to the season and I'll be looking to continue with that as we more forward.

The key thing for me is preparing these lads and pushing them towards first team football in the future. With this is mind I'll be looking to build a strong relationship between the development team and the first team, looking to play a similar style of football which will help any transition between the two teams.

I can't wait to get started and especially looking forward to my first game this weekend against Inberrow in the WFA Saturday Cup”
