Hallen visit after reaching FA Vase Quarter Finals last time out

Hellenic League Premier Division
Saturday | 3:00pm | That Carpet Place Community Stadium

Pershore welcome Hallen to the That Carpet Place Community Stadium this weekend in what promises to be another tough test against a side enjoying a remarkable cup run.

Hallen are now the last remaining Hellenic League side in the FA Vase and progressed to the Quarter Finals with a 3–0 victory over Gornal Athletic last weekend. It’s a fantastic achievement for the club and a real credit to their management team and players.

Despite sitting in the relegation zone in the league, Hallen have games in hand and their league position does not fully reflect the threat they carry. They have been competitive even in defeat and have largely avoided heavy losses, showing resilience and organisation throughout the campaign.

Their key threat comes in the form of Harrison Fairman, who has netted 20 goals in all competitions this season. Fairman was on target in the 2–2 draw between the sides earlier in the season and will undoubtedly be one Pershore will need to keep quiet.

The reverse fixture back in August ended level at 2–2, and with Hallen pushing for survival while juggling cup commitments, this contest has all the ingredients of a fiercely competitive afternoon.

For Pershore, the focus will be on building consistency and responding positively in front of home support, knowing the importance of every point at this stage of the season.

It promises to be a battle and one the Plums will need to be at their best to win.
