Pershore return home this weekend looking to bounce back and build momentum as they welcome a lively Tuffley Rovers side to the That Carpet Place Community Stadium.
The reverse fixture earlier in the season saw the Plums come from behind to claim all three points in a hard-fought 2–1 win. Goals from Callum Clayton and Yuri Quintas turned the game around after Tuffley had taken the lead — a performance full of resilience that Pershore will hope to replicate.
Tuffley arrive in mixed but competitive form. They’ve shown they can score goals — netting three against both Corsham and Cribbs in recent weeks — but have also been involved in a number of tight, high-scoring encounters. Their attacking threat is spearheaded by Karnell Chambers, who has 12 league goals to his name this season and will be one to watch.
While Tuffley have picked up some impressive results, they’ve also conceded goals regularly, suggesting Saturday’s clash could be an open and entertaining affair.
For Pershore, they'll be looking to build on the two performances against promotion chasing sides in recent weeks.
Kick-off is 3pm — and your support could make the difference.
