The Plums would equal a record that stretches back to February 2023, should they overcome the challenge of Tom Deakin's side at the Recruit 12 Community Stadium.
A hard-fought victory away to Longlevens AFC last weekend for Danny Janes' side has left Pershore Town with a slim chance of still competing in this season's Hellenic League Play-Offs.
Tomorrow's visitors, Slimbridge AFC, will have a lot to say on that run of wins however, they're without a win in their last four games and they'll certainly want to change that tomorrow afternoon in Worcestershire.
Last weekend they rescued a point at home to Hereford Pegasus thanks to a goal from the experienced Will Hawes, coming off the bench. 'Peggy' had taken the lead late on but The Swans kept knocking at the door and got their rewards to secure a point.
They'll potentially be a couple of familiar faces in the Slimbridge AFC line-up; Rhys Sarson's joined Danny Janes' Pre-Season schedule ahead of the current campaign but signed for Roman Glass St George before making the move to Thornhill Park.
Callum Dark is also likely to feature tomorrow for Slimbridge; Callum was at Pershore prior to Janes' arrival first time around and whilst playing time was limited he's been in impressive form for The Swans with six goals in thirty games this season.
It's Theo Clayson that leads the way in the scoring charts for Deakin's side, he has eleven goals to his name this season and one of those came on the opening day against Pershore Town. Having progressed through Slimbridge's Youth Setup, Theo is making a strong name for himself in senior football with his pace and energy in the wide areas.
Theo was backed up in the scoring charts by Jack Smith and Jack Watts who have both scored seven this campaign for Slimbridge AFC, but neither will feature tomorrow with Smith having moved to Roman Glass St George and Watts having returned to Malvern Town after just seven games.
Joe Hunt will be one to watch for Danny Janes' side, a product of the Cheltenham Town Youth Setup, Joe is an impressive full back who moved from Malvern Town to The Swans. He also lists Worcester City and Evesham United within his former clubs.
Meanwhile, Joe Shutt is a recent addition, returning to Slimbridge AFC from Fairford Town where he's been in impressive form. Joe is a real game changer, his pace in the forward line is something that can really hurt teams and The Plums will not be able to switch off against him.
Toby Soule could feature in midfield, the former Cheltenham Saracens, Hartpury University and Bishop's Cleeve midfielder is highly rated due to his technical ability and his vision to play forwards from deep, he's another that Janes' Pershore Town side cannot afford to give room to.
For The Plums tomorrow, Janes will be hoping his side can continue in their good run of form and continue to chase those above them in the table. The challenge is of course to beat Slimbridge AFC, something Pershore have yet to do.
It's thirteen wins from seventeen games in all competitions for Janes' side, but The Plums aren't getting carried away and the form at the beginning of the season will always be a reminder of how tough the Hellenic League is.
A late recall on Jude Franks left The Plums in need of a keeper, Janes completing the dual registration of Joe Stockton from Worcester City ahead of tomorrow's game.
Janes has four players now on double figures this season, with Bailey Fuller and Harlie Price in impressive form currently and finding the back of the net regularly. Aidan Clark (16) still leads the way, Bailey Fuller (13) is behind him whilst James Baldwin (12) is close. Harlie Price scored his tenth of the season at Longlevens following a hat-trick against former club Brimscombe & Thrupp the week before.
It's been a week's rest now for both teams heading into tomorrow's game, it'll be interesting to see who starts brightly as both teams will want to dictate the game.
"The magnitude of the games continue to increase as the games keep coming." said Janes.
"We simply have to win to maintain the slim chance we have of trying to stay close to the teams above us.
"Slimbridge will be difficult, they proved to be a very difficult side on the opening game of the season, although I know their team now looks very different, as does ours.
"We will need to be very good on the day, focus levels will need to be close to perfect and the players have to be ruthless in key moments."
