It's Danny Janes' sides first competitive home game this season having opened the campaign with three away games on the bounce, and it's another chance for the first three points of the season.
Sporting Club Inkberrow, managed by former Pershore Town player Umit Eminoglu, come into the game having made a solid start to life at Step 5. A win on the opening day over Tuffley Rovers was backed up in mid-week with a point at home to Hereford Pegasus.
The Eagles did suffer defeat in the FA Cup, they hosted Dudley Town in-front of an impressive crowd but couldn't compete against the strength of the Midland Football League side.
Another former Pershore Town player, in Will Skelton, has already got himself on the scoresheet for SC Inkberrow this season and he's joined by Aaron Brown and Nigel Hinkulow.
Jay Higgins-Pugsley made a welcome return in mid-week against Hereford Pegasus, a player with real quality who had been out recently with an injury.
Whilst he didn't feature mid-week, another familiar face that could line up for Sporting Club Inkberrow is that of local lad, OIlie Smith. Ollie was on the fringes of the First Team squad at just 16-years old at Pershore Town during Danny Janes' previous spell in charge of the club.
As for Pershore Town, Jordan Jones made a welcome return on Tuesday evening and despite defeat he added a dimension to the midfield that The Plums had been missing.
There is likely to be a start for central defender, Kirk Layton, tomorrow afternoon now that he has returned to the Football Club from Hereford Pegasus.
Danny Janes will no doubt make changes from the side that lost at Westfields, Pershore having failed to score in the last two outings whilst unable to prevent goals at the opposite end.
Nathan Benson was on the bench in midweek but will likely start against his former club tomorrow, Benson had started the first two games for The Plums and made an instant impression on the supporters of the Football Club.
"Sporting Club Inkberrow have made a great start to the season, their journey over the past few seasons has been fantastic to see. The infrastructure they have put in place on and off the pitch has been outstanding." said Janes.
"We need a win, we have an opportunity to bounce back from the disappointment of Tuesday night. I expect to see a reaction from players in the quality of their performance and the value they bring to the team.
"We haven't made the start we thought we would make, it is important we stand up to that and take accountability.
"I will always embrace the pressure that comes with managing this Club and the expectations we have set ourselves, the pressure has just increased and that's no issue at all.
"We have two games in three days so I need to manage the squad and assess what we need tactically from both games. We need two wins and we need to start scoring goals."
