Manager Adam Parker has spoken about retaining Matt Nutt for the upcoming season.
"We are delighted to have retained Nutty. He is someone who is very well known to Pershore Town and has had numerous spells with the Club over the years. He was called upon last year towards the end of the season, during a really tough run of results and I'd go as far to say, his experience and quality played a massive part in keeping Pershore in the league. Personally, I have always been a big admirer of Nutty. He is a quality footballer, with an eye for detail and a good footballing brain who's experience and quality, will be really important for us this season. Like others, not short of offers this summer and so to get his commitment, is brilliant.
I expect him to be a really important character within the dressing room along with a few others who I will be leaning on to help drive standards and mentality across the group. It's a really important signing and one I think the whole club, will be delighted to see back in a Pershore shirt."
