Parker, who grew Pershore Town Development Team from scratch in 2022, returned to his former role with The Plums in August.
Following a period of tough terrain, Pershore Town opted for a change in manager for the Development Team ahead of the 2024/25 Season and Adam Parker delighted everybody by agreeing to return.
A quick rebuild, a hastily arranged friendly and a single training session, Parker's side headed into the Hellenic League Division Two campaign still with targets in mind.
"It was always going to be a 'baptism of fire' in re-joining Pershore Town with the Development Team." said Parker.
"We knew that time wasn't going to be on our side and what time we had prior to the opening game of the season, we needed to invest that into rebuilding the squad.
"We've managed to do that, it certainly wasn't easy, and now we have a settled squad of twenty three. It was a tough task but one that came with high rewards in terms of what we have achieved.
"We've still only managed the four training sessions, we'll have our fifth one this evening, so that's been hard to really implement our style on a brand new squad as yet.
"That said, we're really happy with the start that we've made. We are sat second in the league and are unbeaten in our opening three games, conceding just one goal.
"Our frustration now is that we've been left with no game for two weeks so that takes the wind out of our sails slightly in terms of momentum.
"That's the challenge our lads will face, they have to 'go again', and they will. We've a really good group with a nice blend of youth and experience, we have always felt that to be super important especially for the younger lads in the group!
"It's a brilliant dressing room, that's important! We're really enjoying working with them and whilst we're only three games in, we've had some stand out performers already.
"Fin Smith has super impressed me, sadly he's picked up an injury that'll see him sidelined for a while though now.
"Kian Collins has been exceptional for us, it's great to be working with him again. Big Harvey Winter at the back has been a colossal too.
"The challenge for us is to keep everyone fit, maybe add one or two more. If we can do that, we can have an excellent season.
"The players know our goals; we want to win the league and a cup. That isn't me saying it's easy, but it's what we've set out to achieve and if we manage to do so then it'll be some achievement.
"Ultimately, being back at Pershore Town just feels right. We always knew, even when we left to take on the Littleton challenge, how special this Football Club is.
"To be back now, to have had the welcome back that we have had, has been fantastic. The people around the Club are brilliant and it's them you miss the most when you step away.
"Obviously there is a new Chairmam from when we left, Jason has been brilliant for us. He's be present, active and already shown us great support.
"On a personal level, I've already had the opportunity to be back in the First Team dugout, it's brilliant to work with DJ & TM again.
"They're not hiding away from the fact they've been going through a tough period, it's brilliant to see how they handle that pressure and obviously I can relate to them a lot, given my experience at Littleton.
"I have absolutely zero doubts that they will come out the other side and put together a run of results that'll see them climb the table.
"As for us, we'll regroup tonight with a session, train again next week and look ahead to our game against Evesham United on the 21st at the Recruit 12 Community Stadium."
