Reece, who is no stranger to Pershore Town having played for Adam Parker's Development Team a couple of seasons ago, joins Janes' side looking for some regular game time.
Another player who has come through the ranks at Worcester City, Day featured eight times for Chris Cornes' side last season on their way to securing the Hellenic League title.
The midfielder linked back up with Adam Parker last season at Littleton for a number of games but will now be looking to make his mark at Step 5.
Reece's flexibility in position will be huge plus for Janes' Pershore Town side as they look to turn around a poor start to the season.
"Reece trained with us several times during our first spell in charge as he was with our Development Team." said Janes.
"Reece has made real progress since then and has been on the fringes at Worcester City, that just shows how far he has come.
"Positionially he has moved around slightly, centre midfield will be his preferred position but we know he can also play out wide or as a full back.
"I am looking forward to working with Reece again and supporting his progress."
